1.项目介绍Project Introduction

1.1泰国宋卡王子大学（简称PSU），成立于1967年，是泰国南部规模最大，声誉最好的公立高等院校，泰国排名第五，于2020年10月20日加入中泰高等教育合作联盟，可提供本、硕、博阶段各层次培养的高等教育学府，在泰国南部设有五个校区，在校生33,000名，覆盖39个院系，300多个专业，在校教师1800余名，其中70%为博士毕业。其中，宋卡王子大学普吉校区是国际化程度最高，以留学生为主的校区，目前在校生逾1500人，授课语言主要是英语，毕业率达95%以上，就业率达90%以上。

1. Prince of Songkla University (PSU), established in 1967, is the largest and most reputable public higher education university in southern Thailand. It is ranked fifth in Thailand and joined the Sino-Thai Higher Education Cooperation Alliance on October 20, 2020. PSU offers education at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels and has five campuses in southern Thailand. The university has a student population of 33,000, covering 39 faculties and offering over 300 majors. With more than 1,800 faculty members, 70% of them hold a doctoral degree. The Phuket campus of Prince of Songkla University is the most internationalized, with a focus on international students. Currently, it has over 1,500students, and the primary languages of instruction isEnglish . The graduation rate is over 95%, and the employment rate exceeds 90%.

1.2 泰国宋卡王子大学1+3委托培养项目是由泰国宋卡王子大学普吉校区主办，旨在培养具有国际化视野和竞争力的高级管理和专业技术人才，使之成为兼具外语能力、国际视野、服务“一带一路”发展战略的栋梁之才。

The 1+3 Delegated Development program, Prince of Songkla University (PSU)in Thailand by PSU's Phuket campus. The primary goal of the program is to cultivate advanced management and professional technical talents with an international perspective and competitiveness.

The program aims to nurture individuals who possess proficiency in foreign languages, a global outlook, and are capable of contributing to the development of the "Belt and Road" strategy. It is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to be leaders in their respective fields, emphasizing an internationalized approach to education.

2. 项目模式Project Mode

2.1项目采用“1+3”的培养模式，所有学生属于泰国宋卡王子大学在籍学生，其中，第一学年的课程教学委托中国上海工程技术大学执行，第二、三、四学年在泰国宋卡王子大学普吉校区学习的培养模式。

The project adopts a "1+3" training model, where all students are enrolled at Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. In the first academic year, the course instruction is entrusted to Shanghai University of Engineering Science in China. The second, third, and fourth academic years follow the training model with studies at Prince of Songkla University, Phuket Campus in Thailand.

2.2项目第一年采用中英双语授课模式，第二、三、四年，英语是主要的授课语言。

The program adopts a bilingual teaching mode in both Chinese and English during the first year of study, for the second,  third and fourth years, English is medium of instruction.

2.3完成项目所要求学分的学生获得由泰国宋卡王子大学授予的学士学位。该学位可在中国教育部留学服务中心进行认证。

Students who successfully earn the required credits for the program will be awarded a Bachelor's degree by Prince of Songkla University. This degree is eligible for academic certification through the China Education Ministry's Study Abroad Service Center, providing formal recognition of the educational achievement in China.

3. 开设专业Establishing Majors

3.1数字商务理学学士（国际项目）

[Bachelor of Science in Digital Business (International Program)]:

应用和集成业务管理知识和数字技术知识，以解决业务问题，并发现数字业务行业的新知识。本专业的课程包括数字营销、商业分析和可视化、金融技术、战略管理、数字和信息经济，这些都与提高私人和公共组织的效率和有效性有关。

Applying and integrating knowledge in business management and digital technology is essential to solving business problems and discovering new knowledge in the digital business industry. The curriculum of this major encompasses digital marketing, business analysis and visualization, financial technology, strategic management, and digital & information economics. All of these components are related to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of both private and public organizations.

就业方向：数字营销顾问；市场研究分析师；业务分析专家；业务集成专家等。

3.2数字工程工程学士（国际项目）

[Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Engineering (International Program)]:

人工智能和软件工程原理是学生需要掌握的基本关键。现实的项目和场景的学习，以推动学生在许多方面的能力，并引导我们的学生能够开发自己的自动化系统和物联网（iot）与云计算和网络安全。

The principles of artificial intelligence and software engineering are fundamental key areas that students need to master. Learning through real-world projects and scenarios is emphasized to enhance students' capabilities in various aspects. The goal is to guide students to develop their own automated systems and explore areas such as the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and network security within the context of practical projects and scenarios.

就业方向：数字工程师；计算机工程师；软件工程师；开发人员；嵌入式系统工程师；物联网工程师；人工智能工程师；网络和数据通信工程师；网络安全分析师和设计师等。

4.  招生标准Enrollment Standards

4.1 招生计划：数字商务理学学士（国际项目）专业与数字工程工程学士（国际项目）专业各开设一个班；每个班30-50人。

Enrollment Plan: The Bachelor of Science in Digital Business (International) program) and the Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Engineering (Internationalprogram) each offer one class, with a capacity of 30 to 50 students per class.

4.2 招生范围：面向全国招生。

Enrollment scope: Open to nationwide enrollment.

4.3招生条件：

Enrollment conditions:

4.3.1学历要求：高中文凭（同等学力）。

Educational requirements: High school diploma (or equivalent).

4.3.2年龄要求：年龄在18周岁以上（含18周岁）。

Age requirement: Applicants must be 18 years old or above (including 18 years old).

4.3.3学术水平：雅思4.5同等水平或通过项目英语内测；在校三好生，学生干部或英语、数学优秀生优先。

Academic proficiency: IELTS score of 4.5 or equivalent, or passing the internal English test of the program. Priority will be given to students who have been recognized as outstanding students, student cadres, or those excelling in English or mathematics during their previous academic studies.

4.3.4素质评价：无犯罪及学校处分记录；身体素质优良，体育达标。

Qualitative assessment: No criminal or school disciplinary records; good physical fitness, meeting the standard for physical education.

4.4招生流程：

1. 学生填写《入学申请表》；

2. 候选人进行纸质考试和面试；

3. 被选拔的申请人提交所需的入学文件；

4. 大学行政部门审核所有提交的材料，发放预录取通知书；

5. 预录取学生完成缴费；

6. 成功注册的学生，收到正式录取通知书和签证信。

Enrollment process:

1. Students complete the Application Form

2. Candidates undergo a paper-based examination and interview.

3. Selected applicants submit required admission documents.

4. The university administration reviewed all submitted materials and issues the Letter of Offer.

5. Students complete the payment.

6. Successful enrolled students receive the Letter of Acceptance and Letter of Visa.

5. 收费标准Fee standards

关于退费：开班前可全额退还以上全部费用；开班后两周内，可退还学费总额的90%；开班后一个月内，可退还学费总额的50%；开班一个月后不再办理退费手续。开班前及开班后一个月内，若泰方学籍注册成功，仅退还学籍管理费50%；开班一个月后，学籍注册费及学籍注册管理费不再办理退费手续。

Regarding refunds: Before the start of the class, the full amount of the entrusted course training fee can be refunded; within two weeks after the start of the class, 90% of the total entrusted course training fee can be refunded; within one month after the start of the class, 50% of the total entrusted course training fee can be refunded; no refunds will be processed one month after the start of the class. Before the start of the class and within one month after the start of the class, if the Thai registration is successful, only 50% of the registration and management fee will be refunded; after one month of the start of the class, the registration and management fee will no longer be refunded.

6. 奖学金Scholarship

项目设置优秀新生奖学金3名，奖励标准为25,000元：标准为雅思6.0。

The program establishes three scholarships for outstanding new students, with a reward of 25,000yuan each: the requirement is an IELTS score of 6.0.
